At Partners Press we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality printing and the best service possible: quickly, competitively, competently, and - Jeepers. This sounds like all our competitors, doesn't it?
Even worse, it sounds like just about anything on the web.
So here's a better question: What differentiates us from everyone else out there?
A sense of humor, for one thing.
In 1982 Felicia Cassanos, now our President and Jim Forrester, our Vice-President, started Partners Press, Inc. because we believe that work should be, as far as possible, productive, pleasant, and quite possibly, even fun.
But what do these things mean for you?
Respect is the watchword around here. It starts with the respect we show ourselves and our work, but it doesn't end there. Because we respect our employees and the other workers in our industry, we are proud to be a Union Shop of the Graphic Communications International Union.
We also respect you, our customers. We can't do our jobs without you, and we're grateful for the work you give us. We treat it and you with the same respect we extend to each other. We respect your budget. We respect your time constraints. We won't lie to you about turnaround time or cost to get your job. If you want something done in a different way in the future, we'll do it your way.
We'll give you what you want. We'll give it to you when you want it. The price will be as quoted. You won't have any surprises, certainly no nasty ones. Maybe a telephone call to tell you your job is done ahead of schedule.
And we'll do it - barring fire, flood or famine-every time you give us the opportunity. It's that simple.
For over twenty years we've quietly gone about the work of good printing at a fair price completed in the promised time frame. We still hardly advertise. Even after the purchase of Copyquick Printing in December of 2000, we're still pretty small. And we still keep our eyes firmly on the product, the price and you. Have we been successful?
